These Memory Pillows are made to remember a cherished loved one thru their clothing or other cloth mementos. The SAMPLE pillows pictured were made with a father/grandpa's shirts, a grandma's favorite blouse, dad's t-shirts, Papa's Member's Only jacket and a sweater to match a Memory Quilt! Each pillow covering is handmade with love by me!
Send me your cherished items and I will make them into a lasting memory for you! Each pillow is approximately 18"x18" wide in size. I can make a rectangular size also and from very large shirts I can sometimes make 2 pillows (you would need to purchase a quantity of 2). I will need at least one shirt or clothing item to complete the pillow. I prefer that you sent me the whole garment so I can use any special details such as buttons or pockets. (The back of the pillow is also from your clothing item).
A typical size men's shirt or women's blouse can be used to make a full 18"x18" pillow.
I can also include an embroidered message with the name that you choose to have after the word "Love". If you would like a custom message, I am happy to do that also. Just be sure to choose that option. If you would like embroidery, please purchase that option and include the name in the Personalization section.
How it works: 1) Buy the pillow. Do not cut your clothing items, plan to send it to me WHOLE.
2) As soon as you purchase the pillow, I will send you my address so you can mail your clothing item. You can use any shipping method you choose and if you are local we can arrange a time to drop off your items to me. It will take me approximately 2 – 3 weeks to complete your quilt AFTER I receive your items - I will adjust the Ship Date at this time.
3) I will create your Memory Pillow(s) and send the finished covering with pillow insert. I promise it will be a treasure!
